Their onboarding and customer service is great - their CEO Emily personally made sure the extension was set up properly and made sure the design matched my site. What I love the most is that they listen to customer feedback, even from smaller stores like mine, and they're constantly shipping cool new features that integrate seamlessly with Shopify's checkout - unlike some of the other guys. They're definitely the most customer-focused player in the game.
