Hey, I’m Casey, founder of Attuned. We built the My Motivators Page so that every person, on every team, can understand their own Intrinsic Motivations. But even more than that, we built it so that everyone can now understand all of their team members’ motivations. This will create stronger teams. We all work with people that are different from us, not those surface level differences, but those deep differences. They seem to have a different perspective of the world, different values.
