@caroline_schneider The open-source approach is intriguing. How does Atomic CRM handle integrations with other business tools? I'd be particularly interested in email marketing platforms or customer support systems.

We're happy you like the open-source approach. :)
Everything happens on GitHub, where our team and contributors work closely together. While our team is constantly developing Atomic CRM, our community can support us by submitting pull requests, raising issues, joining discussions etc.
We've had great success with this model in a previous open-source project, React-admin, and we're confident it will continue to thrive with Atomic CRM! Feel free to join in and be part of it! 😉 @kyrylosilin
Hi Caroline.
It looks to be very interesting software!
I'm curious how it handles scalability - can it support companies as they grow and their needs evolve over time?
Also, what does the customization process look like for non-developer teams? Is there a user-friendly interface for adjustments, or does it require coding expertise? Excited to learn more!
Great questions! @ivx
Regarding your first question: absolutely! We designed Atomic CRM with scalability in mind. That's why you can add an unlimited number of users, prospects and contracts. Atomic CRM grows with your business, without any constraints. 🚀
Regarding your second question: Atomic CRM is focused on handling the baseline of Customer Relationship Management (following contacts, notes, tasks and deals). Everything else (connecting to third-party systems, adding rare features, changing the data model, etc) has to be coded by a developer. We've designed it this way because we've tested many full-featured CRMs, and we ended up struggling with their configuration to handle our particular use case. What we actually needed was a good starting point, an extensible architecture, and a code base that is easy to customize. That's what we built: Atomic CRM is a Framework for tailor-made CRMs. It's primarily targeted at developers, that's why there is no UI to configure it (yet).
