Huge fan of Arrows. Customer onboarding is an incredibly under appreciated step in the customer life cycle and Arrows ensures you nail that process with work flows, collaborative actions plans, tracking - all seamlessly integrated with your HubSpot instance.
We've been very happy Arrows customers for a while now and it's been a great tool for our customer success and sales teams to communicate better and keep customers aligned. I've also had the privilege of watching Daniel and Benedict build the product over time and their commitment to customer happiness is frankly unmatched. Very excited to see the official launch today!
When we launched our remote worker attraction and retention program, we quickly realized the scope of work required to onboard the hundreds of inbound members. What was once a labor-intensive process was made simple by leveraging Arrows. Our use case was unique, but the tools arrows provided were easy to adapt for our Non-profit. Through Arrows journeys, new West Virginia residents get warmly welcomed to our community and find all the information they need to make their rellocation go smoothly. The team is passionate about their product and went above and beyond to help us make this integration possible. They continue to inovate and support us. We are really grateful. I would encourage groups and organizations outside of the traditional sales or B2B model to consider what arrows could do to help you deliver grants, onboard partners, or welcome new members into your communities.
