As a back-end and database developer who dreams in data, appsmith makes me look like I have style and panache enough to build a UI (which I don't, but appsmith enables me to look good). Especially when I'm prototyping something and need feedback, I can build out a UI in appsmith that makes the backend design usable. It is much easier to get buy-in from stakeholders who can visually play with the actual app so easily. I like that it is nimble and flexible enough that I've never felt held back when doing anything complex. That's a huge win for me.
Really great tool for backend engineering teams with no or little experience in frontend frameworks
We are highly impressed with Appsmith, a fintech and Spend Management product that has become an integral part of our daily operations, particularly when it comes to internal reporting. Appsmith simplifies the process of generating and sharing reports with our internal teams. We take advantage of various features, including roles, SSO (Single Sign-On), extensive querying, and the creation of insightful dashboards. Whenever a member of our Customer Success or Sales team needs a specific report or data extraction, we seamlessly add it to the repertoire of reports available through Appsmith. We consistently enhance our offerings for our internal teams, continuously adding new features and functionalities.
