Horrendous support. Guy called Alessandro goes on ego trips to just to try to show you who's boss. God forbid you disagree with him on something. My experience with the tool sucked and I had a 1-year subscription with them. I asked for a refund on day 1 of the subscription (even asked them to subtract all my trial usage) and they refused—blatant theft. The guy Alessandro they have handling things will be a chargeback magnet and will end this company if things continue like that. Last time I did a chargeback was so, so, so long ago that I had to figure out how to do it all over. They're that bad and left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I felt I needed to share this on every review platform on the planet. Founders seem like reasonable people but they refuse to overrule this guy and he absolutely has no business running a company for sure.
