@ancana@ryan_black1 Congrats on the launch! It looks exciting because own a vacation home is something costly. But, I have a question about what happens if one of the co-owner doesn't pay the expenses? I mean, as the other co-owner, do I need to take some action, or Ancana will take care of that?
@mateuschmitz great question! Since Ancana manages the vacation home's LLC, we assume financial responsibility in the rare event one of the co-owners defaults on their payments. When you purchase a fraction of a home through Ancana, you are protected from these sorts of incidents!
