I absolutely love the Amazing Marvin app! It has helped me stay organized and on top of my to-do list in a fun and engaging way. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the various features such as setting reminders and tracking progress have been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to boost their productivity and stay on track.
Perhaps a steep learning curve for the first couple days, but it turns into a tool I cannot do without
Absolutely lifesaving powerful task/project/time/goal/habit management tool. Anything you want, Amazing Marvin has a way to make it happen. It’s just (the closest to on market) infinitely customizable, and every feature was clearly well thought of and really helps me stop procrastinating and get things done. Big shoutout to the brilliant team. Please keep going strong.
I love how Amazing Marvin allows the users to design the experience by turning on features instead of forcing a system on you. I love that there is a distinction made between do and due dates so it's highly customizable. Now for the bad news. I find Marvin a bit clunky. I wish it felt like an outliner but when I turn a task into a project within a project, it gets misplaced in the task outline or rather "jumps" out of place instead of keeping its position. Also, oddities like the Quick Add which is nice but entering tasks using the Quick Add feature doesn't allow me to add notes to my task at the time of entry. Also, the Android app is clunky as well and the UI not as nice to work with like other apps I've used like Todoist and TickTick.
The sheer scope of possibilities allows to create productivity system tailored just for you. No other app can do what Marvin does.
Close to "Superhuman for Task and Projectmanagement" - collaboration & customizable shortcuts, a and a slightly better performance and it would be the endgame PM-tool for personal use and small teams.
Game changing app, especially for folks with ADHD! I've tried almost every project management & task tracking tool there is (Asana, Sunsama, Monday, Trello, old school bullet journal & planner, Salesforce tasks, Things 3 desktop AND phone apps). No shade on any of those other projects, but for my chronically distracted mind, nothing had beaten Amazing Marvin (paired with my other favorite tool, FocusMate). Amazing Marvin not only helps manage & prioritize tasks - it also has an array of tools to help me get unstuck when I run into a road block. Need a focus timer? Got it. Need a little popup that perpetually sits in the corner of your screen reminding you about the task you're SUPPOSED to be doing? Got it. Need help deciding which task to do next? Got it. Amazing Marvin is customizable & gives you those little dopamine hits of novelty that are especially helpful for folks with ADHD or focus issues. I love it!
