I used Switchboard for a team brainstorming session where we were looking for ideas and best practices we could add to our website. Each team member dragged in and examples of websites we could use for inspiration.
The result was several dozen good examples that were open, easy to review and interact with -- and they were already stored and organized for future reference. Imagine a big Figma board, but with anything you want and your teammates in there.
Nobody had to "drive" the meeting, and there was no switching around between tabs or Slacking URLs back and forth. It was a really effective meeting, and I look forward to figuring out other ways we can use Switchboard.
