Easy to use: built a chatbot in 5 min, 5 min installation and then all costumer inquirities are automated. Now I am happy about I don t have to check every 2 min if some users made some request on my websites
This can really replace Intercom, but needs just a bit more improvement on UX and features!

Sometimes it gets lost in more difficult languages such as Polish. However, other than that it is ok.
