Here I've compiled different discussion threads, resources from Customer Support leaders and community on AI topic. This crowsourced sourced playbooks is to help CX professionals in applying AI/ChatGPT for tech support.
Previosuly I'd similar crowdsourced playbooks created for CSMs (Customer Success Manager) with career-kit, toolstack, KPIs. It was well received by community with 50K+ checkouts.

So, I'd kept playbooks of Customer Success live until early this year at bloom.realpal.io
Now my focus is primarily on AI and Technical support. Keep only the present one (Twig contents) live.
