Conversational Patient Intakes take over nurses' tasks by asking patients coherent, dynamic-contextualized questions to extract all the relevant information for Doctors to make better decisions.
i used the AI Patient Intake.... i must say that i was stressed by the process personally. The bot did get me to answer some questions, but i feel like i had to answer a lot of irrelivant questions. Also, it would have been faster for me to fill an online form rather than chatting with a bot. i like the concept of beign able to take in patients without the need for a nurse doing the process. but then how can this process be guided to make it effortless and interesting. and also, how can we make sure that the user doesnt give wrong answers. i gave the bot my first name in short form and he continued to the next question. This is typical of what people do though and so it might not be of a very big concern yet.
