Awesome tool to keep track of our team's health check and finding ways to improve. With the retrospectives app as a team we can create action items to motivate continuous improvement amongst all and be able to do our work even better.
We are a distributed team, so Agile Hub has been very helpful for running asynchronous retrospectives. This saves up lots of time we used to spend in meetings. Also, sessions are more dynamic and we don't need to keep going back to old documents anymore to follow-up on our action items. It's very easy to use and helps keep our retros on track.
I've always think that retrospectives is one of those ceremonies that should be followed religiously. Agile Hub makes is easy to run, get everyone involve at their own peace and engage with the team to take ownership of their action items. I'm curious to see how this tool keeps evolving with more ceremonies and formats.
