AgentReach is a unified API that makes it simple to code AI agents that can interact with users across multiple channels—like Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email—without requiring further code changes.
❓What it does:
- Unified API: Seamlessly handle multi-channel interactions with one API.
- Agent workflow-friendly abstractions: Features like "sessions" and built-in functions to manage human consent make building workflows easier.
- Language and framework compatibility: Works via a webhook, so it’s flexible with any tech stack.
❤️ Why I built it:
Enabling humans to interact with AI agents (and vice versa) is critical for its adoption and usability. However, integrating with multiple communication platforms is tedious and often painful. I built AgentReach to simplify this layer of the AI agent stack, making it easier for developers to build agents that are accessible through various channels.
On a personal note, I created this because I love building cool stuff, especially for developers, and this idea felt like a fun challenge!
🧠 How it works:
1. Enable communication channels for your agent through our dashboard.
2. Create a single webhook that gets triggered when a user starts chatting with the agent.
3. Implement your agent’s workflow within the webhook and use our API to display outputs or manage human interactions (e.g., asking for consent).
Would love to hear your thoughts and get feedback!
@jos_bish awesome! Could you elaborate on your use case a bit more please? Right now, we only support slack, and are working on more integrations. Do you have any particular in mind?
