I am excited to present you with a brand-new tool for daily mind programming.
Inspired by Louise L. Hay, a well-known advocate of positive affirmations, and self-healing, I created a website with short functional affirmations.
I’ve been through some tough times in my life and this approach of changing mindset (or self-healing if you will) has been a huge help to me and eventually led me to share this approach with the 🌎 to help others.
While there is no other service providing affirmations in a functional way (you can get cards or long audio tracks though), I decided to create one that would bring positive affirmations to the next level.
So, what’s so special about it?
✅ 1) It's short: Affirmations are only 3 min long (better 3 min a day than 60min once a week)
✅ 2) It's audio
✅ 3) It’s focused: One goal = one affirmation (e.g. better sleep)
✅ 4) Variable music: You can listen to one affirmation and shuffle music background every day
That’s it! I keep it as simple as possible.
🚀 The main goal is to be able to use it on a daily basis. This is no magic pill and changing one’s mindset can take some time.
Affirmations (as positive self-talk), are scientifically proven to help with treating stress, sleep, or mental blocks. They are widely used by athletes around the world to get a winner mindset. And the spiritual approach that translates it as a law of attraction has been around for some time too.
To sum up: Positive thoughts create positive actions that lead to positive outcomes.
