I've been using AdGuard for a year now and it is really good. It is easy to use and works on 99,9% of all ads on the internet. It also blocks YouTube ads. If you want a solid and free adblocker you should use AdGuard!
I think I bought this on sale a few years ago and have used it since. I have always been happy with it; it just works. You have lots of options to customise it to your needs, including subscribing to various block lists to improve ad blocking. I have even started using the AdGuard DNS servers recently.
Seems to be working really well. I've been using uBlock but had some issues with YouTube. I currently don't have the same issues with AdGuard so I'm satisfied.
