What started as a weekend project to explore possibilities led to the Creator Platform that we are excited to share with you today. 🤔 Why did we build Adaptiv's Creator Platform? I've met so many industry experts who would love to share their knowledge and mentor students and young professionals, but hold back because they don't have the time to publish learning material. When we started working on Adaptiv Me, as a full-stack career intelligence platform that would provide AI-powered career mentoring with a structured micro-learning journey, we knew that we would have to provide a way to enable mentors to publish learning material with minimum investment of time and energy, and close the loop for both learners and industry experts who'd like to become coaches. 🧑🏻‍💻 For whom did we build the Adaptiv Creator Platform? The Creator Platform was built for people who believe in the philosophy of paying it forward by mentoring, and fostering a culture of mutual support and growth. As an Adaptiv Creator, you can 1️⃣ share your knowledge with others to help them shape their careers. 2️⃣ build your personal brand and develop leadership skills 3️⃣ supplement your income by coaching young professionals. What can you do with the Adaptiv Creator Platform? 1️⃣ Publish goal-based Career Recipes: Adaptiv's Career Recipes are tailor-made learning journey and career path, generated by Ada's AI. The first step in career guidance, a recipe is essentially a clear roadmap that outlines the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences required to progress in a specific career. 2️⃣ Publish Micro-Learning Modules & Quizzes Choose a topic and audience, customise your tone and language, and go from topic to a published lesson in a snap. Creators can personalise the lessons by editing the AI-generated content, or adding their own insights before publishing the lesson.

I love the concept! I think in particular, the feature that allows you to 'chat' with an industry professional is particularly interesting. I'd imagine that people looking to start their careers or explore new careers would benefit from this type of engagement.

But to our amazement we are also seeing traffic from people who have a few years of experience, and are either at a crossroad in their career, or worried about the threat of AI and want to upskill. Of course the creator platform is targeted at senior people who can publish learning material & mentor our primary users.
