Acumbamail is a great platform and a great team behind the platform strategy, design and development! Getting the chance to know them was a learning experience on new ways of working and a real agile mindset.
I've been using Acumbamail for quite a long time. Everything goes well. The only thing is that I hope Acumbamail will focus on English content because their customers are not only from Spain. It's global users. :)
Acumbamail is a company that it cares about clients. Also there are many features in their platform that most of the top email services platform doesnt have and its also easy to use. I really recommend acumbamail you will not regret it!
Took me a while to use this and get to grips with it, mostly because i was put off by not having much in the way of English and having to keep translating. However, now that's a thing of the past and i am absolutely delighted I did. Amazing platform to rival all the top platforms out there. Easy to use and plenty of features to run multiple campaigns and lists. It is just awesome.
I purchased Acumbamail as a LTD on Appsumo and it has been a great decision. I've never once had to contact support because the service works so well. I have recommended it to others and look forward to seeing how Acumbamail develops over the next year or two.
I have been using Acumbamail for a year. The support is very frustrating, as it doesn't translate easily to English. The Automation needs more options. I have to manually delete contacts every week or they won't get the automatic emails, which lessens the advantage of the automation. Nobody at support can help me set up a way to do this using an API; they act very uninterested in helping. It could be because I don't speak Spanish, but whatever the reason, I'm not very impressed.
Solid product that I'm using for over a year. Great deliverability, fantastic customer support. Great UX with absolutely no bugs encountered since the beginning. I highly recommend Acumbamail for anyone who is serious about their email campaign.
