It was a horrible experience with them. Everything they promote is a lie. My website had over 25k in traffic, but when I started using their hosting, my bad days began. My website started working very slowly, and sometimes it wouldn't load at all. Whenever I contacted their support, they only blamed it on some plugins. I told them I was using the same plugins with a cheaper hosting service and never had issues like this. They never took responsibility for their faults. In the end, after losing traffic from 25k to 8k in just 3 months, I decided to move to another company. Do not buy any of their services if you don't want to lose your customers. Thanks.
Falsely advertised and watch out for their "payment policy" no refund, unfriendly customer service. Please just stay away from this garbage.
I was choosing between this and GoDaddy, but a friend recommended 10web. I’m glad I listened. Lots of functionality. The interface is a bit fiddly to learn at first, but starts to make sense. I got a reasonable site up and running in a day!

They renew my annual subsription altough i didn't want to. They didn't want to refund me. Avoid this company!
They offered me 7 days free trial then charged me the full amount and refusing to refund me. Warning do not fall in this trap!
