I submitted the product over a week ago and also paid to skip the queue for a 12-hour review. But there is no update from their side, and there is no customer support option. From what I can see, similar incidents have happened to others, which makes it feel like a scam.

It's been over 72 hours without any update (not even an email) although I paid for skipping the line too. Feeling cheated as there is no customer support as well.
Just signed up - looks like an interesting idea and I support a directory of high quality tools like this one.
