@jacqvon @ashwin_7 1. Yes 2. As we cannot disclose all securituy measures, here is an executive summary: All data is transmitted securely. (EV SSL) All data It is stored encrypted. It is sent to you (via download from the website if you use choose to use the file upload via the website) in an encrypted zip file and the password via email (this way if in the unlikely case that your account will be hacked they can`t get your data without accessing your email also). In the case of the API use, we do not store the data, however, all transmissions are encrypted and we also support TLS 1.3.  To answer, your question, there is no way to hash the emails (in the API for example) since we would need to decrypt it and that is not possible. All data is deleted from our systems after 30days from when the file is uploaded. We never share your data with anyone. We are audited by cyber security companies.
