What are the types of verification is on the app? My personal experience is that there are loads of scammers (unfortunately) on Whatsapp and Telegram, so the safety aspect is something I am greatly interested in knowing more. Thanks in advance!

We totally understand the concerns around scammers, especially on platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. That’s why Zealock is built with trust and safety at its core.
Here’s how we’re tackling verification and protection:
Phone Number Authentication: Everyone who uses Zealock connects via WhatsApp (and soon Telegram), which already ties them to a verified phone number, not just a random username.
Seller Verification (Optional for Now): We’re rolling out a process where sellers can apply for a verified badge. This includes uploading ID or business docs, plus a manual review of their listings.
Moderation for Listings: All listings are scanned using automation + human checks to reduce scammy or misleading posts.
Report & Block Features (Coming Soon): Users will be able to flag suspicious activity, and we’ll act fast, from warnings to full bans.
AI Monitoring Tools: We’re actively working on smart systems to detect suspicious patterns and behaviors behind the scenes.
