Video chat should be simple and seamless and not exist inside of walled gardens. Most meetings are less than 4 people and don't require cat filters. Every time we fired up Zoom/Meet/Webex, we got tired of all the hoops you had to jump through and issues. 99% of the time, we all use 1% of the features of these programs. Furthermore, in a fast-paced environment, we desired something like the speed and ease of use of FaceTime - that worked on any device. We didn't want to schedule a meeting every time we wanted to use a tool. This didn't exist, so - we built it!

Chat Now - drops you into the experience with a unique room URL automatically copied to your clipboard. You can use the helper buttons for "Invite via text" to bring up your default messaging program with the room URL propagated, or use "invite via email" to bring up your default mail application with the room URL propagated for you. Chat Later - copies a unique room URL do your clipboard for you send to anyone by pasting it in any communication tool - text, calendar, email etc. We, at Yep, use this method all the time.
