I needed to bring some structure into my workouts, so I wrote this little app. It will let you plan any routine be that HIIT, Tabata, or classic weight lifting with progressive overload.
This app won't sell you on "the best program ever," nor will it motivate you. It is a tool which can answer "What should I exercise today?" and guide you through the routines while letting you listen to your music or podcast.
