Xooa is a SaaS platform that was born out of a goal to reduce barriers for enterprise blockchain adoption by making private blockchain app development easier and faster. This network can be located on your choice of cloud provider and operate in a centralized or distributed manner based on your needs (start centralized and move to distributed without losing data).
