We believe in democratizing access to expert nutritionists. You no longer have to spend countless hours on the internet trying to figure out a diet that works for you or a recipe you like and fits your diet.
Hello hunters,
I built XHominid because I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of nutrition advice available on the internet.
Figuring out a diet that works for you and is optimized for your fitness goals requires a lot of effort, time and trial and error. Resorting to experts that dedicate their time to design a diet that works for you is the most cost effective and time efficient way to manage your diet. Our nutritionists rely on their expertise, proprietary technology and AI to design a diet optimized for your goals.
Feel free to post your questions below and i'll be happy to answer them as soon as i can.

I am sure there's a big market for an app like this (a lot of people prefer seeing an actual Nutritionist instead of basing their diet on the automatic recommendations of an app) BUT the app looks like it was designed in 2013. The device on which the screenshots were taken looks like it's running ICS, JellyBean...
That certainly does not inspire a lot of confidence. It's a shame really, because it could work, especally with the nice meal photos and the video calls :)
@anna_0x Hi Anna, I genuinely appreciate your feedback. While your criticism isn't what I'd hoped to hear, it is tremendously valuable, specially coming from a designer. While design and aesthetics is important, at this stage our focus is to ensure our users receive convenient, cost effective and high quality nutritional counselling. Make no mistake that improving the user experience and aesthetics is high on the top of our priorities.
@husam_gibreel I wish you the best of luck but please don’t think I mean that you need to have the most perfect high-end, design in order to be taken seriously. Simple and functional is fine.
The problem here is that your app literally looks like it was made in 2013. Were I some random potential user browsing the play store and stumbling upon it, I would immediately rule it out thinking it was abandoned years ago.
