👋🏼 Hi everyone! I’m Jordan, founder at WXLLSPACE. It's been 8 months since the first version of WXLLSPACE launched and I'm really excited to share WXLLSPACE V3 with you today. After working in real estate investments for over 13 years, I wanted to develop a platform that added value to the exterior components of real estate. I shifted my focus to building a marketplace platform that connects real estate operators to muralists for creative placemaking. This transaction previously was never really transparent. Owner-operators never had a proper number of what something like this would cost, or if they did it was an inflated price from an art gallery or in many instances, artists were devaluing their work, just to get paid. Lastly, artists are known for their dynamic pieces. Buildings are now becoming opportunities for landmarks from these creatives. It’s time that we give them the platform to do so. We wanted to build a marketplace that solves this problem. That provides transactional transparency, so we created WXLLSPACE. Yes, WALLSPACE but with an X replacing the A, why? To symbolize a connector, a conduit between these two parties. WXLLSPACE is our medium. Transparency 👨🏽‍🎤 Artist Landing Pages - Believe it or not, 20% of artists do not have a website 😱. We wanted to create a beautiful landing page you would be proud to share with family, friends and commissioners most importantly. Plus we added a verified and rising artists badge for those who meet the scheduled criteria. 🏢 Listing Pages - Transparency is most important to us. We wanted the artist to have all the relevant details an artist would need to make the most accurate proposal for the fastest response. Check to see if there are any opportunities in the area, not only will you make your family happy, you can make some money and put up a new piece by them 😊. 💅 Facelift - We took a strategic approach to V3, and hired a product designer to deliver a reformatted UI built on React-MUI for responsive pages that look great across all devices. We know you are mobile, traveling and constantly on the move and we wanted pages that looks great, and operated smoothly when you share them.
