Writing is a super powerful tool that you can use to accomplish so many different things. I've been daily blogging for the past year or so, and it has fundamentally changed my life.

I love @jrdngonen's "gym" metaphor for writing. It's something you do every day, even if you don't want to, even if you think you suck. This is a great product to help you get unstuck.
