One of the biggest challenges we’ve heard from managers is that they don’t have time to prepare a thoughtful agenda for their one-on-ones or team meetings. So, if their teammates don’t create the agenda either, there’s either nothing to talk about or you end up having an unstructured and rambling meeting.
Having built AI powered tools for people managers since *way* back in 2021, we realized AI could provide a solution to this persistent problem… enter AgendaAI.
AgendaAI sifts through the Slack deluge to create suggested agendas for your recurring meetings. We’ve found it’s wonderful at identifying important topics our users might’ve missed amongst the Slack cacophony, and works for just about anyone — ICs, managers, senior staff overseeing multiple teams, and beyond! And if you don’t have Slack, or don’t want to connect, you can copy-paste in whatever text you want and AgendaAI will make an agenda based on that.

@elly_cho Thanks! We definitely think there’s an opportunity to improve the speed. You’ll also find that the speed of generating agenda suggestions will depend on the number of slack channels you select and how active they are.
