As much as I've learned over the last year about stying fit, working out and finding my routine — while working on my little side-project WorkHard — I kept struggling with finding the right exercises and routines for my workouts. To support my journey and get me back on track to chase my fitness goals, I've spent some time the last couple of weeks to design and build my own GPT-based fitness coach — Chad.
