I'm a bit of a hard case when it comes to AI content creators, for two reasons: 1) As a former "high end" Creative Director and copywriter, my standards and expectations are high. Too high, some have said (and based on my experiences with AI overall, I'd say that's true). 2) At this point, I've bought and used well over a dozen of the "latest and greatest" AI writing tools. Most of the big names in fact. And generally speaking, I've found them wanting. Badly wanting. Particularly when it comes to long form content, and especially in regards to niche subjects. So imagine my shock, surprise and delight when I got ahold of Wordplay and started testing it out. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much. But I simply couldn't believe the results I was getting. I mean, I'd plug in a keyword, push a button and out popped a freakin fantastic article! Fast, too. I mean, within SECONDS! The first few times were not flukes, either, folks! I've gotten nothing but first-rate results so far. No big disappointments. No major letdowns. It's to the point now where this tool is my go-to secret weapon (shhhhhhsh... don't tell anyone). Now don't get me wrong. To be clear, what Wordplay produces are not 100% tweaked, massaged and finished articles (though still better than much of the published dreck that's increasingly seen online). None of the AI tools I'm aware of promise that or deliver it. You'll have to do some adjustments and corrections here and there, and if you've got a really strong voice, you may have to do more than that. But absolute worst case scenario, in my experience, you'll have an article that's 90-98% good to go right "out of the box." You've gotta love that, wouldn't you say? The quality really is good to excellent, and beyond that, the time savings truly remarkable. Further, if you're just stuck... or in creative malaise... or suffering from short-term burnout... Wordplay can be a lifesaver. I should know, because it's saved my life a few times recently. ;-) Being generally known as a curmudgeon, I'm not one to gush. I rarely write any kinds of reviews other than highly incendiary ones arising from great disappointment (which seems to happen far too often, but I digress). Still, Wordplay isn't one of those. It's the exact opposite! I'm in deep like with this tool and it could get more serious. If it's not clear by now, I'm impressed, and anybody who knows me would say that's not easy to do. Which is true. I guess I'm a fan boy or Wordplay now (he admits, red-faced). Yeah, what of it? I'm not ashamed, either! ;-) NOTE: This review of Wordplay was NOT written with Wordplay. It's probably too idiosyncratic and granular for any AI writer to produce. And besides, I didn't think of it. D'oh! Old habits die hard. But now I'm curious to see what Wordplay would do with a review of Wordplay...

I can honestly say that my experience has been great in every way. Not only does the tool bring high-quality AI content, but the text generation is very fast. The tool is one of the easiest long form content creators around and delivers bang for your buck. Depending on the option you use to create your content, the result can occasionally be a little off-topic, but you will have the same issue with every AI you use. Ease of use and content creation would give this tool a solid five-star review alone. But even the support is blazing fast, friendly, responsive and helpfull in every possible way, so my only regret here, is that I cannot add a sixth star to make this product stand out from the crowd. A must-have for every content creators toolbox.

I've been using Wordplay regularly for a few months now, and it forms part of a suite of related tools for content generation. The first thing I noticed about Wordplay was the quality of its output, compared to other tools I was using at the time. I refunded (Appsumo) those tools as their output required too much editing. What especially impressed me was the quality of Wordplay's output from a single title line. I've since learned that it is not always perfect and that the attention that you give to being clear in your single line description plays a strong role in determining the quality of the output. This is the same for all such AI-content generating tools - they can’t read our mind. In that context Wordplay reliably produces high-quality content in response to a single descriptive title or topic. It's impressive. The team are energetic and responsive. I like how they carefully consider new features in the context of their vision for Wordplay rather than just adding dozens of new "AI Tricks" as you see in many other platforms, for example the recent introduction of optional FAQ generation in association with long form content generation. This fits logically and smoothly into their model. Wordplay doesn’t do SEO optimisation, so my workflow is to copy the Wordplay content into other tools which optimise SEO and allow for very domain-specific knowledge to be added and referenced. Recommended, 5 stars.
