Widgeridoo was always great to build your own widgets by combining blocks with different functions. But not everyone wants to make their own so now there's "Explore" with dozens of free pre-made widgets to download. Like an app store but for widgets—and free.
In this update I focused on the new „Explore“ section which is a place in Widgeridoo where you can download Widgets of any kind. It’s like an App Store for widgets but they’re all free.
It’s also great as a starting point or to just customize those widgets to your likings.
These are all widgets you can build inside Widgeridoo itself.
@chrismessina of course when I launched it was in the middle of widgets hype. That’s not the case anymore but people love to customize looks of their homescreen! And they’re using it for stuff I hadn’t even thought of. One user has his blood levels measured and uploaded to a private web service and with json in Widgeridoo he has now this data on a widget!
