Hey Product Hunters 👋!
Working as a Software Engineer in a corporate role, I was always irritated when I got interrupted by trivial messages while trying to be productive. Often, the message would be something I had already stated or required a low-effort response. Nevertheless, it would impact my productivity, and I'm sure you all understand how annoying it is to be interrupted while you're in the 'zone.'
I've been playing with the GPT API since its release and thought, why not combine it with Microsoft Teams to make my life a little easier? Even better, allow others to get the same benefits!
So, I'm introducing to you WeInstaReply - a tool that allows you to combine your knowledge with AI to handle all of your Microsoft Teams messages!
What are some benefits you'll get?
📝 Utilize AI-powered automatic replies to ensure timely responses to all relevant messages.
⏰ Meet your deadlines by not replying to trivial questions and messages.
🙂 Improve team collaboration by enabling reliable and quick AI-driven answers to questions.
✈️ Don't worry about receiving out-of-office messages. Enjoy your time away, we've got you covered!
It's really easy to setup:
1. Connect your Microsoft account.
2. Upload any information you would like the AI to understand and use in responses.
3. Enable which users should receive a response.
4. And that's it 🎉! You have a chat log showing all received messages and AI responses.
Once the AI agent is set up, it will use your uploaded data to decide if it should send a response to any messages you receive. If it can create a reply using the uploaded content, it will send a quick response. If not, the AI won't reply. You don't need to worry about the AI making things up!
You can now give it a go with a 7-day free trial! ✨
A heartfelt thank you to the Product Hunt community! I'll be available all day to answer your questions and eagerly await your feedback. 🙂
Hey Taher, this sounds like a productivity booster for sure! How customizable are the AI responses? Can it be tailored for different departments or teams within an organization? Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Thanks! Giving users the ability to customize AI responses is definitely an interesting thought. For my next feature I could look at allowing users to enter their conversation styles that I can use in the AI prompt.
@kyrylosilin I agree. Customization on this will be so helpful. From my perspective as a designer, a lot of communication is super specific and can't really be helped by AI responses, but I think for HR and many other departments, they are faced by a lot of "same" questions that can be programmed to be answered automatically.
