I thought I could share my experience with WAYUT in Scalers and how it helped me personally be more immersed in the culture and get to know the team better. (+ get excited about working extra late so as not to miss any events)
So imagine this: you’re busy and rolling up your sleeves, trying to solve a problem amidst the peak hours of the afternoon, pushing to the finish line of the day. You get a *ping* from your iPhone; it’s a new email with “ 🎉 New Post: Ice cream after work,” created by the dude you thought hated ice cream!!!
1 - I got an incredible feeling in the middle of the chaos.
2 - I got to know my colleagues better.
3 - I got excited about a reward later.
