We were looking for a means to manage waitlist/ stock alerts and this app can do this with the ability to create custom email templates depending on the specific campaign use case, which is a level of flexibility that opens up multiple possibilities to what we can do (eg stock alert, private sales etc).

It also has ability to natively send emails via sendgrid, or you can connect to several popular alternatives such as mailchimp.
The Wait Wise team have been very responsive to our queries and have added several additional features since launch improving the features that include improved bulk management and email editing functionality.

@masump Thank you, man, for your feedback. Yes, you can do that, and here's a list of rules currently supported:

Customer spending history: If a customer spends more than X amount in your store
Customer tags: If the customer's email address has a special tag like "VIP"
Browser: If the user is visiting using a specific browser, like Safari, Chrome
Country: If the user is visiting from a country
Link: if the product link contains something special, like a referral from Instagram or from an influencer campaign
Device Type: If the user is visiting using a mobile, tablet, or desktop
Mailchimp List: If the email address is found in a Mailchimp list
Klaviyo List: If the email address is found in a Klaviyo list
Klaviyo Segment: If the email address is found in a Klaviyo segment
Email Address: if the email address contains a special domain like @google.com
