Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Alex, a 🇨🇦 Canadian living in 🇩🇪 Germany and a lifelong language learner. I aim to study my languages every day but often struggle to find time, especially when learning multiple languages at once. I also found having days where I don't learn anything over time can hurt my motivation to learn. That’s why I built Vocab of the Day—it sends me a new word each day, so I’m always exposed to something in my target language, even on busy days.
As someone who loves languages, I just wanted to create something that makes learning a little easier. Here’s how it works:

🎯 Choose your level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
📖 Example sentences for each word
🔄 Review past words and track progress
🧠 Learn passively across multiple languages
Right now, it’s available in 🇪🇸 Spanish and 🇩🇪 German, but I’m planning to add more languages soon. If you have any languages you want to see in the app, feel free to drop them in the comments! Also, Android users, the app will be available soon! 🚀

@busmark_w_nika I'm hoping to add more romance languages next (French, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan) but want to figure out a way to generate the content more efficiently and add hundreds of languages! Would love to support lots of slightly more niche langauges like Basque and Esperanto ! Thank you for the support <3
