Visits Journal is a new journal app that lets you write about your day along with the places you've been. The daily journal shows you all the photos you've taken along with the places you’ve been during the day. This can help you jump-start your thoughts to get you journaling. You can write about your day, the places you visit, restaurants and bars, shops, treks and all your travels in one place.

We created a product called Visits and we didn’t see much success. We realised we built for too small a market and that it was just pure technology and users didn’t have any personal connection to it. This year we’re learning from the past and we’re changing the focus of the product to a journal while keeping the same functionality we started with and building on top of it. With Visits journal you can see all the pictures you’ve taken and places you’ve been during the day then write about it in your daily journal. Along the way we’ve added iPad and iCloud support, a journal lock, a comprehensive search and some powerful text editing features. We’re just a two person team and we’ve worked almost everyday on this app for the last few months. We hope try it and share your thoughts about it with us.

@vladkorobov I’m not entirely sure what you mean. Do you mean you want to share your location data or your journal entries with certain people you choose?

I was actually a user of the original Visits app! Although it was very good at what it did (albeit without iCloud sync), I agree that it had a very narrow usage scope. I'll certainly take a look at this version, the additions are really intriguing. Hope the launch goes well @fe_tech!
