Had the pleasure of being able to try out the Tea + Meditation event. Was amazing all around! We all got customized tea packets in the mail a few days before the event and our coworkers who recently started even got special treatment with extra tea and shoutouts during the event. Sathya who has a bunch of experience in meditation did a great job guiding us through some exercises leaving everyone super refreshed at the end. Everyone loved it overall and we will definitely use Virtup again
