Our initial screening function has the following features:
1. Analyze resumes to build candidate profiles:
By analyzing a candidate's uploaded resume, a certain portrait will be generated for him/her. For example, the skills they have acquired, their work experience, and whether their most recent job matches the position they are currently applying for. The simulation is the decision-making process of HR in the traditional process of screening resumes. 2.
2. Generate professional questions according to the position:
