Massive shout out to @mwsiebel for hunting us! Our mighty team of 5 engineers (me, @zkirby , @raysname, @m97v, @zlalvani) is super excited to launch Vessel, the OS for Embedded GTM Integrations. We make it easy for developers like you to integrate with your customer’s CRMs, Sales Engagement, Marketing Automation, Chat, Dialers, and more! 🤔🤔🤔 Why are native integrations a hard problem? With the explosion of SaaS in the last decade, keeping up with the number of integrations your customers want is like the myth of Sisyphus. You’re forced to roll an immense boulder up a hill, only for it to roll back down each time. At our last company, we felt this pain firsthand. We managed over 100 native integrations and had 20+ engineers (>50% engineering team) dedicated to building new ones and maintaining them. Here’s what we constantly hear: ❌ Missing integrations: There’s always another integration a customer is asking for 💸 High cost to add a new integration: Engineers need to become experts in both the APIs and how the application works to correctly build out each integration. 👷 High upkeep: APIs are ever-changing and engineers need continuously monitor and maintain each and every integration. 👀👀👀 What is Vessel That’s how Vessel came to life. A year ago, we launched our universal API for CRMs. In the last year, we’ve iterated on our product by listening to our users including folks from the PH community like @imatincr, @syamm , and @davidjwiner. The embedded integrations space is still very nascent and started coming to life 4 years ago. This is something we've been looking for a while. A timely product with a strong feature set.

Zach, Avery, and the rest of team are dedicated to being the #1 API provider in the sales ecosystem. I have been a user since the beginning and they've always focused on depth vs breadth and are quick to respond and implement changes. I'm interested to see what powerful integrations and actions they build for the sales vertical.

Congratulations on the launch! We went with Vessel as our unified CRM provider at Summit and we definitely don't regret it. Top-tier developer experience, everything feels stable and solid, and an incredibly skilled and friendly team. These new integrations are buzzing with potential and I'm excited to learn how this can make Summit a stronger product as well. Moving into the marketing tech space ourselves we definitely hear "What about integrating with XYZ?" all the time, and having Vessel as a partner here allows us to punch above our weight as a small team ourselves.
