All of Silicon Valley's chasing AGI, but most people are still just trying to get a decent output out of ChatGPT (without cussing at it)
That's why we built Velocity. Because AI is only as good as the prompt you give it, and most people (even pros) waste time and tokens trying to figure out how to talk to these tools.
After speaking with users, we realised that AI isn’t hard to access; it’s hard to get it to do what you want. The mental overhead of figuring out how, where, and what to ask across a sea of tools that all respond differently.
So we built Velocity: It enhances what you write, maintains context, and works across all major LLMS. No prompt expertise needed, just one click and clearer results, instantly!
The lesson? People don’t want more AI tools. They want less thinking, faster doing, and output they can trust. In a world full of noise, clarity is the new superpower & Velocity helps you get there.
We’re actively building (visual prompt tools, team libraries, personalisation). But we’re starting with what matters: making AI useful, right now.
Velocity is free to try. You only pay for what you use, and if you ever run out of tokens, you can earn more by sharing them with a friend!
I’d love to hear how you’re using AI, or what’s still frustrating. What gets in your way? What would help?

@aakashpuri This really resonates — so many people are overwhelmed not by access to AI, but by the friction in actually using it effectively. Love how Velocity tackles that head-on. Simplicity, clarity, and reducing the mental load is exactly what users need right now.
Rooting for you guys! Let’s keep making AI more human-friendly.

Ever since AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini (formerly Bard) were launched globally, we’ve seen the masses embrace Large Language Models through a text-based interface. Text has long been a universal mode of communication. Little did we know, LLMs are capable of much more than simply answering questions or aiding in search.
However, because we humans are so casual with text and texting, we often don't put enough effort into clearly communicating our intent to AI. This lack of clarity can lead to wasted time, money, and effort—ultimately resulting in frustration and misplaced blame on the AI platform.
So, the real challenge isn’t compute power, context windows, or premium enterprise models. The real challenge is communication.
To bridge this gap, we created Velocity. It may seem like it was built for you—but in reality, it was built so the AI you use can understand you better.
In its first phase, Velocity is launching as a Chrome extension, positioning itself as a platform-agnostic copilot that goes wherever you go—across your favorite platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others. With our in-platform button, there's no need to navigate away to use the extension—it’s already where you need it.
We hope you make the most of it and join us on this journey as we work to make your AI experience smoother, smarter, and more personal.
