Personal Identification: VaxYes confirms and validates the identity of those submitting vaccine cards to ensure they are the correct recipients of the digital vaccine certificate. 2. Information Verification: Information presented in users' vaccine card and personal identification are verified. 3. Image Verification: VaxYes uses A.I. and trained medical professionals to verify the validity of vaccine card photos submitted. 4. State-Level Record Verification: State immunization records are used to verify the information users submit into VaxYes. The process is simple. Just visit VaxYes.com, enter your phone number, and the whole process is done via SMS. Once complete, you'll receive access to your digital certificate which you can add to your digital wallet like Apple Wallet and Google Pay.

Please add: - what data you intent to collect specifically. - CCPA page - GDPR page - any DPAs you use - information on your internal training your "trained medical professionals" passed to work with PII and data - HIPAA audit information I'd also love to see ISO/IEC 27001 when you think your infrastructure is ready.

Regarding our trained medical professionals, everyone is required to take hipaa, pII, and data protection compliance training. We've also conducted our own internal HIPAA audits, and hired an external consultant to audit as well. Our entire data security and HIPAA infrastructure was actually built and designed for out testing initiative (gogettested.com - over 1m tests across 8 states, and GoGetVax.com)
