I am a 17 year old software developer from Türkiye and I have written a lot of articles in my field, at first I started with latex and then I realized how stupid I was with Typst, I congratulate the development team, it is a very high quality product.
I'm absolutely amazed by the quality of Typst.I'm a math / CS teacher and I've been using LaTeX for decades, litterally. My own LaTeX settings file is full of "esoteric references" to ancient package, looks like alchemy and takes ages compiling. I find Typst delightfully compact, blazing fast and very refreshing. Not to mention the awesome possibilities offered with scripting ! Keep on the good work, I'll keep talking about Typst all around me !
