@alosefer I Paid for a basic & premium membership and was not able to find, never mind download, any spaces. The contact section doesn't work, so there is no way of getting in touch with SD to troubleshoot or request a refund. I was sold a product on false pretences. This is fraud!! I want my money back, or I will post this all over X to warn everyone that you're talking users' membership payments without delivering what they are paying for, with no means to contact user support.

A frustratingly confusing site to navigate...whilst ON A FREE ACCOUNT, you can download a space for free up to 3 hours, but you can't browse the recorded spaces library on a FREE account?? It also doesn't KEEP YOU LOGGED IN, and every time you LOGIN, you have to enter a verification code from your registered email address...unless I'm doing something wrong or it's not MAC friendly...I can't be bothered to wrestle with this site anymore...been watching it for improvements for months!! NOT WORTH THE BOTHER!!
