The Tunefork story starts with my father who damaged his hearing during his military service. As a result of his injuries, he is unable to enjoy his favorite music, is forced to raise the volume on the TV to unhealthy levels, and finds it difficult to participate in phone conversations.
My co-founder and Tunefork’s CTO, Dr. Yoav Blau, also was inspired by hearing loss in his family. Yoav’s wife was born with a hereditary hearing loss.
What started as an assistive technology for individuals with hearing loss has grown into Tunefork. Tunefork provides audio personalization and an optimal hearing experience for all, including seniors and the 1.5 billion around the world with hearing loss, to experience sound optimized for their unique hearing.

We are currently engaging with music and video streamers as well as web/video conferencing platforms to offer the Tunefork Experience to their subscribers.
Everyone will enjoy music fine tuned to their individual earprint; will hear every nuance when watching a video; and be more engaged on conference calls.
The team continues to develop additional features to improve audio quality, denoise audio content, and more. Some of these new features will be released as part of our app updates while others will be available through your favorite streaming services. Stay tuned.

@adityavsc Thank you so much :) We are very proud of what we have accomplished so far, as the technology behind it is very complicated. There are a couple of challenges one has to solve to provide a good audio personalization solution, and we believe we have overcome them. We still need our users' help to shape the UX and UI, but the audio experience is pretty good (I'm using it on my phone all day long).
