I created this app because I always felt frustrated with YouTube’s restrictions—having to keep the app open just to listen to music, paying for background play, and constantly getting interrupted by ads. It seemed unfair that such basic features were locked behind a subscription, so I built Tube PiP to give users a free and seamless way to watch YouTube on their own terms.
Tube PiP brings Picture-in-Picture mode, background playback, and ad-free viewing, making it easy to multitask while enjoying your favorite content. Whether you’re listening to podcasts, watching tutorials, or just vibing to music, you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to do it.
This journey started as a personal project, but after seeing how many people wanted a better YouTube experience, I knew it was worth sharing. Is Tube PiP available on both iOS and Android or is it restricted to certain platforms?
