How is this different and/or better than Gong, Refract, etc.?

@david_masover David, great question. Gong and many products in the Conversation Intelligence space are conversation capture tools. They allow sales people to record and transcribe sales conversations. Gong and the other tools focus on the sales rep’s speaking performance, analyzing their speaking patterns to find errors and opportunities for improvement. For example, excessive repetitions, a speaking pace that is too fast or too slow, and words and phrases that seem to get a response in the moment. This data is helpful but we find that improving a salesperson's presentation has limited benefit. While Traq.ai also provides the ability to perform sales coaching, it was created to better understand the opportunity holistically in order to improve win rates. Traq.ai puts the buyer at the center. After capturing the conversation, it automatically provides detailed insights about the content of the call, including threats, opportunities, and tasks, the buyer’s sentiment and propensity to buy, and any topic of concern. By putting the buyer at the center, Traq.ai helps shorten the sales cycle and gives salespeople an unprecedented amount of knowledge about their buyers. Traq.ai can be used to improve coaching and training as well – but instead of a narrow focus on selling techniques, it focuses on the topics and concerns that each buyer cares about.
