Translates any prompt first into English, sends it off to openAI, then translates response back to input language. Also features sharing, storing, searching of chats/prompts.
I wanted to make chatGPT work better also for non-English speakers. ChatGPT was trained on large datasets from the internet, which means it must have a large bias towards English in its abilities. Therefore, I wanted to optimise the outcome of your prompt, even if you're not good at English. How? First, your prompt gets translated to English, then sent off to openAI. The response is then translated back to your input language.
I've always utilized DeePL to talk to ChatGPT as well. Your idea is great and it's very nice to see it in action.
I introduced this to Koreans in a webinar today.
Many extensions are based on Google Translate, but Google Translate is often out of context. DeePL is better than Google. Thanks for making it.
It would be even better if it could be typed with enter.
@contenjoo Hey Banghyun, Thanks a lot for you comment and you suggestion! I did indeed get quite a bit of traffic from South Korea, which is all the more amazing, since I lived there for quite a while ten years ago.. This makes me really happy! I'll be sure to implement your suggestions and if you have any further feedback, don't hold back! Thanks again and take care!
@sschuez Because this is what I kept mentioning on my YouTube, blog, and in my community chat room. I'm surprised you lived in South Korea 10 years ago. Let's get in touch~.
