I’m Andrew, co-founder & CEO of Train Fitness. Along with @antoine_neidecker, we built Train Fitness: an app that automatically detects your exercises and counts reps during your workout. Think Strava, but for weight lifting. We believe you can hit the gym with your buddies wherever they are in the world, so we built an automated tracker and social platform for strength training. Train Fitness allows you to track your entire gym workout, hands free, using only the motion of your Apple Watch.
Ever wish you could track your gym workout as easily as you can track a run - fully automatically? Or have you been logging your workout manually, using cumbersome apps or excel sheets?
We wanted to track our workouts without manual input, so we set out to build an exercise detection and rep counting app that leverages the power of AI to automatically track your entire workout. It took us over 18 months, 56,000 lines of code, and a heck of a lot of squatting, but we’re very excited to say we now support 82+ exercises at 95%+ accuracy. A few other notable highlights:

I'm going to try this app on a workout. I have a question: does it help me track my workout performance? Is there an option to enter your nutrition data? How long do you have to keep the app open for it to work?
I love using apps like this. It even makes exercising more enjoyable. I chose my own workout program myself, but it would be cool if this feature was in the app. It's obligatory to consider the parameters of the body https://fitlifefanatics.com/shor... and the person's activity and nutrition.
