Hello @mwtbrowser ! thanks for your feedback. In fact, there is no user acquisition for tippers (clients tipping) as it is simply based on the usage of their device's camera to scan the code. Also, we facilitate the tipping process by providing intuitive products that you can see on our shop within the app like table tents, cards to put aside the bill, and so on ... so two clicks to tip just by using your camera.
